Do you feel that? All the pressure to change that comes with the beginning of the year? I actually saw someone say ‘here’s what you can do to get a jump start on the year’ the day after Christmas!
But guess what? It’s a new year - but it’s also just a new month, a new day & another week. And you can decide to change your workout routine or clean your closets or purge the photos in your phone today - or any day you like.
I personally prefer a gentle entry into the new year. I take it slow, give myself time to settle in & (gradually) start thinking about some intentions for the year. Because, no matter what anyone says, there’s no rush.
So, in the spirit of a gentle start to the year, here’s a gentle way to flex your style muscles - with options to slow it down or crank it up (depending on your mood).
